What We're Looking For :


We are currently looking for an After Sales Engineer for one of our clients, a leading technology company. Your main mission will be to provide technical support to customers after purchase, with the aim of fostering long-term relationships and driving repeat business.



Your Responsibilities :



  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer and distributor inquiries, as well as technical issues, via various channels.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to the company's products, both on-site and remotely.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address complex technical issues and customer needs.
  • Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Contribute to the development of support resources and knowledge base articles.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to customers and distributors.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement based on customer feedback.


Requirements :



  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific discipline.
  • Over 5 years of experience in customer support or technical service.
  • Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Ability to prioritize customer needs and provide satisfactory solutions.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
